Bids at KDR are extended with much care and thought. We only extend bids to the best and brightest in order to maintain the level of academic, social, and physical excellence that embodies KDR men. Formal Rush usually lasts until mid September or February, where we then formally pledge those willing into our Brotherhood. New members then undergo an educational process, learning the history of our fraternity and accepting our ideals as their own. Our educational program is highly ranked by both our National organization and the University of Illinois.
We are not just brothers, we are best friends. Our Brotherhood is strong. As individuals, each of us has something unique to add to our brotherhood. We will treat you with respect whether you are in our house or anywhere else.
Interested in rushing KDR or just need a ride to our house for an event? Feel free to contact our Rush Chairs [brother]Scott Runyon[/brother] and [brother]Ben Reynoso[/brother]. Parents and rushees: The KDR Executive Board is available to answer any questions and address any concerns you may have. Parents of current actives and alumni have also volunteered to share with you their experiences as supporters of our fraternity. The President, or Consul, can be reached at consul*at*kdr-illinois.com.
